Change the locks?

Or add a dead bolt if you don't already

The key I lost was for the dead bolt.  

All the locks are keyed the same too, which doesn't make sense to me.  How does a dead bolt help if its the same key as the knob.  

Can't change the locks tonight and B and I both work in the morning.  

Oh well.  Maybe it fell in the trash can.  

is it only the house key or is it every other key, too?

Only the house key.  I don't like to carry stuff when I run.

I was the secretary last year on the board. We meet once a month and then as needed with the building manager.  We have a good mgt team in place and being on the board is not a hassle.  24 hour concierge deals with most issues.

We do have our problem children.  One guy who has over $1,500 in fines went and flipped off every security camera he could find.  Now we will fine home even more!

Our HOA meeting last year was contentious and mean spirited. Total turn around this year. Except for the owner who said she hated all the board members because we kept the holiday decorations generic and tasteful.

Unfortunately my experience as El Presidente was not so good, taking over after a string of completely incompetent boards.
