I don't like sleeping too much since when I sleep more than 6~7 hours I can't get out of bed I wake up and all but can't get out of bed ...

My get up time is 0445h every Mon~Fri and Sat & Sun[no race]0600h and on race day depends on the time of the race ...

Whew! Long day. I am in class for 4 days back at the OSHA training center. I found out that one of my instructors gave me a great reference for my job! 

After Thursday I will be authorized to teach the general industry 10 and 30 OSHA class.

It is dark, windy, wet, and cold here.  I have a big pot of soup on and am drinking a beer.  Soon I will be in the bubble bath.  Birthdays rock.
