well dan, on the south facing slope, there is a large patch of bare ground
in that area, there are snow drops and mini daffodils just starting to break through  :)

it's very encouraging and exciting  [thumbsup]

and... on the north facing side... there are still snowbanks 4 ft tall

I strongly recommend staying away from the north side of the house for a while.   [laugh]

I've still got 6-8 foot snow banks and 2-4 feet of snow on the ground.  I'm surprised the burn-out I feel doesn't just melt it all as I walk by

This was just an average winter for us.

It was much worse 3 years ago.
