Evening.

Its winter  :(

Forecast is for snow down to 500 metres overnight  :o - if that occurs, then there'll be snow in my back yard tomorrow morning.  And in the front yard.

And the sides.  

My kids are hoping for a huge dump (of snow  [roll]) so they can stay home from school and make igloos and ski around the paddock.  Me?  I dont entirely share their enthusiasm for the white stuff.

Got the fire stoked up good and fierce...... coz its.... not much more than 5 miserly degrees out there....  brrrrrrrrrrr

5 degrees seems like a heatwave here in February.

Yeah plenty of wood - although the resident lumberjack was a little lazy and some of the wood isnt as dry as I'd like it to be.  And he woodstacking Elves didnt seem to get around to bringing enough of it up from the woodlot into the wood shed.  If it snows, I'll send 'em out with a wheel barrow in the morning  [laugh].
