Still have mine.  Probably worth more to me than would be if I sold it.  Will be selling my Commodore SX64 and 128D though.  Their just taking up space IMO.

So the day didn't go as planned, full of relaxation, but it was close.

Early morning call from tenant 'A': "Hello Landlord, tenant 'B' above me was taking a shower and my ceiling was pouring water."

Me:  "How can that be, I just had it repaired not to long ago and it cost us $500!  I'll be there in a few minutes."

Leave the family on one of my first days off in a long time.  Show up and tenant 'A' is very good about it.  In fact he's cleaned a lot of it up.   [thumbsup]  I open up the ceiling.  Nothing like digging into a just finished fire rated ceiling.  I see no issues but there's definitely a leak.  I call tenant 'B', who just moved in, and ask him to run the shower.  No leak?  I go upstairs and ask tenant 'B' a few question.  It turns out that tenant 'B', when taking a shower, likes to leave the shower curtain open and hanging on the outside of the tub.  He sometimes likes to take an "energetic" shower which cause water to fly all over the bathroom. 

Tenant 'B' get read the riot act!  I made him apologize t tenant 'A'.  This is the first time tenant 'B' has lived outside of his parents house. 

Came home, watched the races, took my oldest to the driving range and now I'm done.  Well almost done, I've got another beer to finish off.     [drink]

At that moment I was wondering if there is a license to hit people, no questions asked. 

I don't think tenant 'B' is going to be very "energetic" when his security deposit is a little lite. 

A younger more questioning me would have asked him "so how did you take showers at your mom's house?"  Now I don't give a shit.  Learn to take care of yourself.

OK, found this while doing some additional research on the company which I'm interviewing tomorrow,

To the leftmost part of the menu bar I saw the word "Ninja' clicked on it and found that these guys are the ones who manufacture the Kawasaki Ninja 250R and 650R ...

The interwebs, such an interesting place ...

I do see a big big redundance on this company's line up though,  http://www.italika.com.mx/index.aspx  click on nuestros modelos and then on compara modelos [at the bottom of the list] ... don't get it ...  like 5 modles with the same specs ??? A perfect clone of a Korean bike, a couple or years old techonology ... and then a 'dual purpose' bike with 16/17 wheel size combo ...

Anyways, on my way to a shower and shave ...

Will post as soon as I get home from interview and have a read for the guy who's interviewing me ...
