evening ducatters 

turns out I'm fabulous at magic tricks....

...I made a 22mm rubber grommet disappear so bloody well that even 90 minutes of looking all around my garage didnt make it reappear 

.... how the make the beast with two backs do things vanish into thin air like that

...... cant remount the monster's headlight until I buy another one  (2 minutes after which.. the original one will of course magically reappear).

briefing on last nigth's issue, read it and give me your opinions and comments as if you were me sitting on that chair: "you seem to have all what we are looking for, you have the capacity to assemble the national post sales department and supervision and have knowledge on motorcycles[after the fact that I did mention that one model looks very much like another's manufacturer's model, they did accept that they purchase from them, although a older model motorcycle and re-badge], and have a strong charecter needed to run and direct personnel". >>> Up to this point, OK, next, "But, due to your lack of a College degree we can't[he speaks in first person plurar all the time, actuall all do] assure you that once the first year is past and the network[service-part] is established, we can keep you as National Manager, since we will need someone with experience and knowledge and the capacity to analize much more complex issues" >>> To that I said[to myself] what the beast with two backs is this anus thinking and saying ... My real answer was, " So, you want me to assemble a national network of authorized repair shops that meet "YOUR" standards, make them work as if they were a part of the company and if they had a slip, even once, just 'fire' them? And after a year  60+hours weeks and at times, according to you, 2 or 3 weeks without a day off, that could be taken afterwards, I shall leave ALL MY WORK done so that some anus that has no idea what I've done comes in and maybe says, 'this is not right or I don't like the way this is being done, etc etc etc" just because I don't have a beast with two backs college degree but almost 26years in the industry? And the most you can offer me,due to the fact I don't have a beast with two backs college dregree, is $1000/month, no OT, and no bonus of any type ...Sorry guys but, FU!!![this I didn't say to them, but, stayed till the end of the 3rd bottle anyways ]

I don't think they'll be calling me again...

Coffee anyone? Made a 12cup pot ... Panamanian vewry vewry strong coffee ...

Yes, all this, except the part of them hiring another anus after my work was done ... But, I would receive a new job title, service manager, a position that would need permission from the new anus to do my job ... As I said, they call, my postion is, I stay at National Post Sales Manager and just came with a new salary figure, $2500.00/month and a motorcycle as bonus ...

At the end, waiting for my money a couple of extra days untill September when the company will open a local 'representative office' and this office will take care of my payments as I stay a employee of Brazil's HQ is a bette deal ... unless ...$2500.00/month and a motorcycle as bonus
