WHat are you using for siding?

I'm thinking about Hardy plank or some non wood product spaced off the foam with strapping. The top and bottom will have insect screening to keep the buggers from nesting behind.

That eliminates sheathing penetrations and ventilates behind the siding which should make whatever I use last much longer.
