Just back from my new favorite restaurant. drool A little Cuban place that just opened up@ a week ago.  Great food, great people.

Where you live Bick? What did you have to eat? Vaca frita? Masitas de puerco? Palomilla? I know Cuban food, my grandmother that lives in Miami is Cuban, my mother was Cuban ... I'm Panamanian/Cuban from Spanish/Danish ascendancy ... weird uh?

It was a coconut shrimp & rice thing with some calimari today.

Empanadas are drool (as is everyting else)

Stuffed peppers are the special on Monday.

Husband was born in Cuba, moved to Miami when he was 6.  Mother-in-law moved to Miami @ 3 months before her daughter was born.

Whole family just recently moved to CO.

If you ever come up this way, I'll take you there.
