Meat loaf ( a mixture of beef, pork and lamb) sprouts with shallots and pine nuts, roasted pumpkin.

Went to Cuban place.

I don't speak Spanish, so I don't know the name of it.

I will just call it Damn Tasty!!! [drool]  (Chicken, Onions, Tomato, Garlic on a bed of rice.  Plantains.)
