I was 145 my freshman and sophomore years in high school.

Somehow between my sophomore and junior years I added 15-20lbs. of muscle.

In college I was 174 @ 3-5% body fat.

ahh... the good old days.   ;)

Snow there?  None here yet. Just now getting into the 30s on a regular basis.
