you let your dog take a prize of the garbage cans?!!!!!!

Shes been doing it for so long I quit worrying about it.

When we lived in California we were on 17 acres and she could wander with no fences. She would regularly come back with all sorts of finds. from Garbage, to deer legs, to skunks and rabbits. I don't always like it but I usually let her keep what she finds. Usually but not always.

I didn't have the heart to take away a prize like the roast.

I swear nobody learned how to handle things in the 2 months I was out.
this morning's count while cleaning out my inbox is 3 fires and 7 "why haven't you responded yet" e-mails.

I took the dog for a walk this morning. It was cold out about 18 deg. We got just around the corner at the end of the street and she went over to the garbage cans and found most of a roast. Then she wanted to go right back to the house with her prize. I left her out in the yard with it. After a while she wanted to come in. This is her now.



Some friends came to visit last week and brought this bed for her. Its a little small be she gets in it like that.

Prior to reading the last sentence, I wondered if she had fit in the bed prior to gnoshing on her morning prize.
