I played with colored pencils yesterday! It was fun. Working on a logo. I have actually drummed up some business  [clap] Logo, invoice, pricing and legal stuff.

It is now official. I am the president of my HOA. We have 174 residential units and 3 commercial. It scares me a little to take on the role, but mostly I am looking forward to it.  Larry, last years pres. spent about 15 hours a week on condo stuff  :o  Not me! I plan on delegating to the other board members and letting the building manager do his job.

Hi everyone.   [coffee]

I still smell like a grease pit after cooking at a mongolian BBQ restaurant last night for a fund raiser.
I can has grill skillz but my forearms are sore from wielding those heavy, 3 foot long ginsu cooking swords.
No one complained (to my face) about their meal.   [thumbsup]

Serving on the HOA board is a volunteer position.  This is my third year. Year one I was the secretary, VP year two, and now Madame President!
