We put down a deposit today on a new place. Still renting.   :-\

It's a 3000 sq ft former bar that has been converted into a huge studio.  

There's even a indoor storage area for the bikes.   [thumbsup]

Still planning on selling the SBKs to try to pick something up at the city auction in Oct.

That will mess up some traffic. At least it wasn't a jacknifed tanker hogging up three or four lanes. Still not good though.

The semi wreck of the day was on SR 176.

 No good. I remember splitting lanes for about 3 miles on I-880 one day trying to get to work at the Oakland Airport. Tanker truck....
It was like almost 15 straight minutes of splitting lanes. I ended up late for work.
