morning . . . spent last night waiting almost 4 hours for a tow truck . . .

alternator belt broke so on the side on the side of the road and then the tow truck could not drive up the hill to my house . .. very tired still . ..  had meats and fish from supermarket in car . . :'(  [bang]

Sorry to hear that. Joy just had a similar tow truck adventure last week. It was the water neck.
A big hole from acidic corrosion developed in it and there went all her coolant. I should have given her the the Mercedes to drive to Portland.

thanks for feeling sorry . . the owner of the car, aka the S.O., had  been warned this could happen, "wait untill the 15th to get paid to purchase part . . ." thanks it was me and not her . . . she has the insurance "help" number with her all the time . . .
now, to do 2 things today, my 8-5 job and repair the car !! a bit tight on space, will try to get pics . ..
