As promised a few pages back, mybike with the Alpina wheels, had to re-install old DSS since the pc one was chipping . . . and it was all cracked

this bike is being worked on, . . . brakes are not on since I had to swap wheels in order to take bike off stands to put another bike on stands . . .

my math skillzzz failed me today.

I took a bunch of numbers and built a wall for the tub enclosure in the downstairs bath.

Went to stand it up, and working with the carpenters credo of 'tight is right' proceeded to start beating it into place.

It wasn't going well so I took another measurement.

It was a good thing.

I would have make the beast with two backsed something up...bad.

I could make it work if I cut some strapping out, or I can remove the top plate and shorten all the studs. [bang] [bang] [bang] [bang] [bang] [bang] [bang] [bang] [bang] [bang] [laugh]

I'll decide Monday.

bike-wise, I just put some new mirrors on, along with some older bits I never bothered to install  :-[

I am, but I can't help but feel like a mooch... taking up their living room floor isn't exactly esteem-building, either.
I really hope either SSDI or workers' comp come through... having bills and no money sucks balls.
