You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

41 years old today....I don't feel old....

6.25 miles last night at a 9:50 overall pace, which with the humidity level in excess of 90% was suckitude, but I did it....looking forward to go to the run tonight which is sponsored by New Balance...which means beer and pizza after the run!...just not sure if I want to do 3.5 or 4 or more miles, as I am technically supposed to "rest"...LOL

Happy 41 . . . you're catching up to me . . . 4 more to go Grin

What he said:
you're not old...

Our triathlon coach is hitting 70 and he's still smashing records (and winning races).  Wink

Happy birthday young Zooom! Congrats on the run achievements regardless of how fast or slow.  waytogo

We are in for a long night.

Fortunately not as long as a "few" people to the northwest. And southeast.  Our 'hood was mentioned in the news as having storm drains plugged and backing up but so far so good near our intersection.

4500 lbs of pressure is what these creeks, now rivers, are pushing.  1700 cubic feet per second was reported (its been 80).  Yikes!   Huh?

More Prosecco anyone?   Vino!

EveNing. Vino!

Hope everyone is high and dry.

Storms off and on all night and day here.  Cleared up of a nice sunset and much cooler evening.

B is heading to a dealer tomorrow to try to squeeze a deal out in a 2013 wrx.

That makes me think of water flowing past the water meter at 20 cubic feet per minute and thinking gee thats a good flow. 1,700 per second? Not exactly the Colombia river bun man, that's a lot of water!

My fish and chips are not coming out of the kitchen fast enough. I'm sure DP has something to do with the hold up.

It's for those "few" that Hick has us here all night.
