Back from L.A.

Apparently not being an idiot, knowing how to use tools, and think for myself gives me a leg up.
Also the not getting baked at lunch everyday helps too.

Can't wait to start on our project.

Still not 100% certain is will even happen, but gotta press on.

We go for our change of use variance on march 18.

So, mostly just finish work left??

Flooring...interior doors...trim...slab needs to be finished...more painting...tile in the bathrooms...kitchen...finish electrical and plumbing...decks and ceilings on the decks...
