Sounds good. I just might include myself in that ride. You'll both just have to get used to me riding a ways back! Must admit my fast 'pace' is something of a misnomer.

I dont eat chicken unless wings and/or craving for fried chicken from the gas station . . .

I basically eat: beef, pork, fish, seafood, turkey[breast]  . . . I do eat veggies, but, not daily as well as fruits . . . no daily, but I do eat them more often
