New Ning! Off to hike at 0900.

Lucy is coming too, but I might leave her home. She spent a couple of hours awake last night. Panting, lip curled up and unable to settle down. I patted her and talked to her. We finally fell back to sleep. She seems fine this am.

Happy new year, Ducati goobers!

8 days away spent with the familia in the home town.  Back yesterday afternoon, straight to the office then spent the night in with the pups and a few micro brews and an ahi tuna steak all of which was so nice!

I'm officially old.    ;)

Thing 2 is having an off day so not getting as much done as I had planned.

Have fun on the hike LMT and Lucy (hoping she makes it too).

It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

probably heard fireworks.

She has heard them before without any effect. I did not hear any....

We had a great hike. Beat the rush. The trail was getting very crowded the closer to the starting point we got. Lucy had fun running forward and then back. There were 5 of us and we went to lunch after.

Here is the view from the top!

Today...or last night?

Last night was quiet. Some friends stopped by for nibbles and a couple of drinks.

Same today.

It got dark outside!

Must be EverNing.

I beg to differ...
