Stella

Not sure why but went through the WORST food coma this afternoon.

Typical day is coffee for breakfast then something for lunch that might be defined as an extra light appetizer by Carlos' definition.  Today that was a burger with bacon, crumbled blue cheese, raspberry jam and about 8 french fries.   [drool]

Head on keyboard an hour later.    :P

I have some standing orders for my chilli jam. Just need to grow enough chilli to make it feasible.

Oh I bet chili jam on the burger would have saved me!

Morning.

Fork leaking.  Gonna try one of those Seal Mate thingys.  Who's got 35mm film these days?   Heading up to Steve so (if it works) it can be topped off with the oil and level he uses.

ducpainter

I've used a business card successfully...

no one has 35mm film. :P

for 1 250cc jar I use 1 habanero . . .
For a 250cc jar I use 10 x habaneros and 3 carolina reapers..

I hope my plants all grow well. Have 2 x reapers and a trinidad scorpion for the hot part. Habaneros for the fill...

OOOOOk, remember this is a sauce that's sweet-hot and could/will be eaten by people with low heat tolerance . .  . I do make a hot sauce, short shelf live, with palm wine instead of vinegar

Needle99

Being a sweet jam it is interesting. The sugar offsets the insanity.  You still cannot feel your lips after a while. The jam consistency also makes it stick to to the roof of the mouth. Which makes breathing interesting....
Some people experience more pain the following day 5han others.  ;D

Something got it, but found nothing in the tire.

It was 95% worn out, so not a bad thing.
Kinda unusual, as it's traditionally the brand new tires that get skewered.
