No new apartment yet. Looking at something every day. The beach one is showing tomorrow. Someone will offer more per month and that will be that. The location is great for weekends and after work, but the drive home each day would suck. BUT - it does have a claw foot tub. That is on my wish list.

If all you are looking for is a claw foot tub, I got you covered.

For a lot less than that other place...  even before the bidding war starts.

Walking/Biking trails adjacent
Just a few blocks from Light-Rail

Sure it won't be even remotely convenient for your current job, but sounds like you want a change there anyway. ;)
