Vertical scope lost my password to hackers.

Funny I didn't get a notification about the DML site, but I did get one about another site they own.  

Now they want me to use a 10 digit password with letters & numbers, both upper and lower case and to change it every so often.

On this site I have a 5 character password, the same one I've had since 2008. I figure the worst that could happen is Bick could hack my account and post some comments at my expense.

why do goverment offices worldwide seem to go at a "slow motion with strobe light effect motion" speed? . . . almost 4 hours to get the amount of property taxes I thought I owed but actually have as credit that I CAN'T use but once tax exemption period is over will be used to take care of property taxes . . . Just don't get it

It's official:  Gout 1  Stu 0     Game over.  I can't do it.  My body just doesn't process the booze so good no more.  Alas.  Le-sigh. 

On the slightly brighter side, I did get a raise earlier this month so I can better afford ....  well, whatever the funk people who don't drink buy.
