A productive day setting the pavers in the back yard.  Need 2 more to fill out the rectangle.   B is going to pick those up when he returns the pallet for its deposit.

Opened my mail and my wonderful HOA is fining me ($50/day) for each day I park in the handicapped parking spot (retroactive a few weeks).


While I don't endorse anyone who's able bodied do this, I OWN the parking spot because I bought the handicapped unit in my building.

Another fight on my hands with them.  Should be a faster resolution than my ceiling issue this spring with the legal docs I have clearly stating ownership of that spot.   Should be.....  ;)

I'd also like to know how they know it's my car....   (narky uninformed neighbor is my guess.)

Not related to your situation, Stella, but once again somebody didn't take my advice and now she is in trouble, and I don't have the time - or an alibi - to fly to Hawaii to take care of this.

Stella, if you are not allowed to park in the space deeded to your unit because of graffiti, where does the HOA say you should be parking?
