Happy belated birthday Dave!  I hope the Sleep gods find you again soon.


Headed to the mitten state for niece's wedding on Saturday.  I told the siblings that I would be our dad's wrangler for the event. And if it means missing some or all of the ceremony due to his mental state - so be it.  Will be so good to see him whether he knows me or not.

this has been happening for past 6 or 7 years ... If I sleep to much I feel weird, heavy, slow, grumpy

That's a rarity, for me. I do eight, but rarely consecutive.
