Hello ...

Locally we do not observe DST, but I have to keep up with it due to work ... AFAIK, after next Spring's change, it will remain like that if, politics aside. the politicians agree on it ...

UNG, it has been and on/off thing since the accident back in 2015 ... Have done MRIs, CT scans, xrays, PT, nothing takes it away permanently, most it will go away is about 3 weeks

Doing the PT. Didn't take any Ibuprofen yesterday just hanging out.

Went to work today, and needed a dose late morning.

Gonna try to ride tomorrow. It's been a month. How much worse can it get?  ;D It's already make the beast with two backsed. :P

Started feeling pretty wonky Sunday afternoon.  Worse yesterday.

Good news - it's not 'vid.  Bad news, likely one of the worst sinus flareups I've had in a while.  [bang]

You can find me tonight not in front of any screen.   Lots of leaves to rake after being gone 1/2 a month so will be a good diversion and need the fresh air and exercise.

We have 3 tents in the lot next to our warehouse now  [bang] My guess is 8 by the end of the week. The sheriffs deputy can do nothing. The group that started the fire last week got a tent and put a fire pit in in!
