 Good morning. I woke up to a faint chirp. The carbon monoxide alarm in the basement laundry area had a low battery.

I went out to breakfast with Diva, then by the store for AA batteries. All fixed now.

How come detectors only fail at night?

Morning.

Heater in my shop broke, but it's too cold for me to diagnose it.

Luckily I'll be able to sort my heater out when it gets warm.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

Afternoon(ish).

Not much new to report here.

Edit: If you're a hockey fan, the 4 Nations Face-Off is damn good stuff in lieu of an All-Ster Game this year.
Edit 2: My current streaming service doesn't carry TNT, so I can't watch tonight's game (USA vs Sweden).  USA will face Canada for the Championship on Thursday.
