I just realized...

There are a couple of houses in my hood that are using solar panels as awning on the second floor balconies.

Yes,flat (new) roof. The only obstruction would be snow.  After that comes heat pumps  better windows and siding.

Keep us updated on the solar, window and siding project, Howie.  I'm afraid similar is in my not too distant future if I don't sell this house in the next year.

8 weeks with the new canine addition.  She's already cost me a bundle, pickiest eater ever, and hates the car. Almost as if Oliver was being channeled.  Ha!   Glad she's here with me though.


Onward to the usual Saturday of looking at projects and maybe getting a few done.

I've been leaning about how to make things from carbon fiber. I have ....ideas
