You don't get it.

We were having issues with the server going down. I came up with a plan to restart it every morning. Was working great until the day before yesterday. The server stopped being responsive at midnight.

Restarted...all good when I went to bed. Last night 3 am the make the beast with two backsing thing shuts down again.

Servers should never need to be restarted. They can't configure an SSL correctly so ours needs it regularly.
