Hey hooligans.   

Fulfilled my impulse decision a year ago to cycle around Croatia (a humbling experience) which happened the past 12 days (7 of them cycling).  Was > this close < to bailing due to too much going on that tapped into what little mental reserves I had but knew once I got there it would be fine.  Mostly was and now back to reality.

Did you hit any of the islands? Visit the "hole in the wall" bar in Dubrovnik (Buza Bar)? I enjoyed my visit there a dozen years ago.

I'm such an American. I've been to Canada once...I'll never go back...and Cancun a few times...I had fun.

I wish I could go to Europe. It's simply not in the cards.

I head off to Troy, Ohio tomorrow morning. Frances will board for 2 nights at her day care place.
My little sister is ignoring the email from the funeral home. She needs to sign off on the cremation. Just sign off, not pay. I gave them our lame ass bio-dad's number. Maybe they can guilt him into paying for part of it. The service is on Wed.

House power washed today, getting it painted tomorrow, truck is loaded for a trip to the recycle/scrap center plus a full day of work starting too soon that requires I write a report for a 9am meeting.
