Not me, but this is a brand new install. Shouldn't the installer be responsive?

They are, but are unresponsive to our photo and video evidence that the unit in our bedroom leaks.

On the plus side, we still haven't paid the final installment of the bill, so: leverage.

In a land far, far away I once installed a heat-pump hot water service....  the same thing but backwards...  When you say leak... leaking what?  Water I presume?  Not the just the drain (which even if it is, shouldn't be draining to anywhere but externally)....

Oh and .  Yeah, it's only Wednesday.  I don't give a make the beast with two backs.

Our bedroom ac units are 20 meters worth of piping to get to the compressor (back side of the apartment).  The condensate pump works fine when the tech is here pouring water into the AC unit, but under normal operation, the condensation is leaking from another source.

We're having a come to jeebus meeting next week.

They need to find another solution & the technician is a bit of a butcher.  I'll be happy when this is solved.  Just frustrating right now.

What a day.. dropped the bike twice, dented a hard case. But made it out of the woods alive and in one piece. Fun stuff..
