just took a walk down to the garden,
and the battery died on the scarecrow sprinkler...

f'n deer ate all of the tomato plants, cilantro, parsley and lettuce.

i am really pissed.  >:(

whoever has a gun and likes to eat deer...
come and get 'em.

They're doing some temp repairs just so people can get to their houses.

With all the rain in the forecast they're thinking most of it will wash away.

Our road is open to local traffic only.

The edges of the road are undermined...one lane down the center.

The rail road trestle about 2 1/2 miles down the road is in bad shape as is the road near it.

Rumor has it the granite was undermined and will need to be removed.

It will be months before it's complete.
