Hi all!  Sorry I've been out for a bit.  It turns out I have more to do than I thought.  I should be working now, but instead I'm taking a break, enjoying some  [wine] and hanging out on the DMF like I haven't a care in the world.  Ha!

What's the good word?  Or am I the only one on here at this time of night on a weekday?

Hi Nate!  Nice to "see" ya.

OH!  I have to do a weekend summary for you, except I wasn't online much.  This is the River Weekend Report:
Got up long before the crack of dawn on Friday, met with a friend and drove an hour and a half to a yoga retreat/training in Ojai.
Did 3 hours of yoga.
Ate rabbit food for lunch.
3 more hours of yoga.
Out to dinner and excessive drinking with the girls.
Got hit on by one VERY drunk girl.  (Stop drooling guys--it was funny, but not pretty)
Woke up early for meditation--don't know how.
2.5 hours of yoga
Rabbit food for lunch again
1 hour of yoga and 2 hours of walking, followed by more rabbit food for dinner, followed by an apology by drunk girl in question (see above).
Kirtan for some, bed for me.
Early meditation again (I'm a little saddistic)
3 hours of yoga.
PIZZA AND  [drink] for lunch!!!   [evil]
Come home to 11ty billion sticky notes asking me questions, telling me about f-ups they don't know how to fix, and messages from people who want me to spend money on advertising.   >:(  I'm still working through all the sticky notes.   [bang]
