Not that I know of, I had a rheumatologist diagnose me as having it a couple of years ago when what I thought was some sort of joint pain was getting too annoying to be normal.
The one symptom, the needle-like tingling one, just started recently. That's an annoying one.
My wife's one daughter has this nonsense too. Maybe she gave it to me.  [laugh]

It's much less common in men, looks like I won the lotto.
