It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

Is it Mother season?

I did pretty decent judgin by his suggestions and comments. We just went out into the woods so I couldnt tell how well Id do with a target.

I shot a 40 pistol, shot gun, and 17 rifle. It was really cool. He didn't get shot at all (bummer) and wants to get me a pistol of my own. :D

Morn.
You can hear a lot shooting around here lately. Keep the pets in, the tourists are hunting again.

A lot more dead on the side of the road too. That's the part I dislike, hunting makes them all run. I never got into the hunting thing. I'm not against it as, if I needed food and supermarkets didn't exist, Bambi could look at me with big cute eyes all it wanted a bullet would fit right between them very well. That said I don't happen to own any guns either as I have too many hobbies already.

i grew up eating meat that my dad shot or trapped,
vegetables that we grew in the garden,
eggs from our chickens, and fruit that we picked.

jams and jellies, pickles and sauces all canned by my grandmother.
we ate what was in season, summer dinners were crabs and fish.

i hated it as a kid... all i wanted was mcdonald's  :-\
i didn't like that my dad killed animals, and then hung them up and ripped their guts out.

i still don't like guns, but admire my dad's ambition to feed us with food, caught or grown by him.
today he lives on 600 acres in VA... has a long growing season, and still hunts. he's 63.

I got to shoot a bit as a kid, my father was a corrections officer so he owned a few.
It never hugely sparked my interest and hunting seemed like a waste of a day.
If I ever had the spare cash I'd probably pick up some guns for display purposes mostly although I would make sure that they were kept in good working order and got an occasional exercise. But that right there sounds like work and the lack of spare cash for something that is far down on my "to get" list means it'll never happen.

I like it better than the little button that looks like a nipple. My laptop has both.

My tower died years ago. I have three laptops available to me and a pile of parts. One of them, the one that my wife uses was made from two at work that were getting thrown out.
