Did I actidently lock the door behind me when I left for work??

Ning.

Went and looked at a building for sale after work.   :-\  It just didn't speak to me.

One of my rules of real estate investing has always been NEVER buy a building that talks.
It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

Copy. Calibration error = humidity, altitude, attitude to tutu, distraction from tutu, stereotype naked rat bikes, human error due to heat, tutu and jealousy!

I'm not looking for it to talk....

Just to have some soul. 

It was just a brick shell with lots of lead paint hanging off the walls, roofs are iffy, and it has party with another building that is a joke (ie you can see the other side).

Thunder Valley MX was good.  Seats were by the Toyota jump this year, just as good, different angle.
