I believe there is no "good" recipie for eggplant.

We had a nice time.

I don't really 'enjoy' the beach. It is fun watching Z play and test his limits though. He goes out to where his chin is in the water and walks around. He's very proud of his ability. He also doesn't mind getting dunked. I think he may even learn to swim this year if it stays warm long enough.
