Get a phone call on the way to work from some moronic sales rep.

1. You don't need to identify what product you sell, what region you are in, you who your manager, or any other particulars. Ask your question and let's get this call over. You interrupted "40" by U2 Live from Chicago on my blackberry.
2. Your track ball on your blackberry is sticking? Really? Have you removed and cleaned?
3. You can do that?
4. Yes.......google it. Have a great day.
