Yup...

the builder is due at some point.

Most of my customers wait until after Jan 1 and want it for spring.

I can do a years worth of work in 3 or 4 months...

just found out kathy is getting laid off.


the next few months are going to suck.


hopefully we'll actually get bonuses this year. that should help out with at least 1 month of rent.

she is currently managing her mom's tanning salons. (yes her mother is laying her off)
she has her degree in communications and when she was young and optimistic she wanted to work in radio.

she wants to be on the production side, but it would prob be a good way to get her foot in the door.
now to figure out how to get that kind of work.



one of our schemes is to become tour guides.
i can take the historical part, and she can handle setting up tickets for people to go see concerts when they are in town.
