How is the Brian doing?

The Brian has good days and bad days.  We are still waiting for his bones to fully develop and then we can have the surgery to correct the positioning of his patella tendons.  It just sucks for all of us as he can't play like he should be and as you might imagine, he has a bit of pent up energy at times.

How is the Brian doing?

The guy who comes over during the day to let him out called me Monday to let me know his backend had collapsed completely (as opposed to just one leg collapsing which is more the norm).  He had never seen that before and was worried and felt really badly for him.  So yes, we wait until the bones are fully developed to reconstruct the patellas and the tendons and deal with the pent up energy he has.    :P

Snow is good and soft for him to fall into!   [thumbsup]

It got even less dignified when my seatpost quick release started to slip and I ended up with the seat about 18 inches too low. [roll] [laugh]

Pictures.  Where are the pictures?!  That would have been priceless to see!    [thumbsup]

Of course, Randimus has been known to be wrong in the past.

Thankfully no pictures.  It was bad enough that the Duc was at Dave's office and that was how some of his coworkers met me for the first time. :P  At least I had fixed the seatpost by then.

speaking of which, I heart convos with him... like the one not ten minutes ago:

GF- did you machine pc X?
me- no.
GF- who did it? Mark?
me- (thinking, if you had him in mind already, why did you ask me?) yes.
GF- how long did it take him to cut it?
me- beats me. go ask him.
GF- Where is he?
me- idk. probably by the lathes.
GF- He's not there, where did he go?
me- (thinking, if you already looked for him, and kind of knew he made it... why... why... *short*) beats me.
GF exits stage right.

Late day at work.  I actually had to study for a test tomorrow.  I'll make sure that doesn't happen again. ;D
