I put my fat arse on a diet. And my blood pressure was going off the charts.

I'm happy to report that so far i'm down from 231 to 203. My blood pressure is back close to normal.
And i'm up to 4 miles on my daily run.
  Maybe the next time we meet i'll be able to go on that morning jog with you, and even keep up.

How's the B-dog recovering from his surgery?

B-man is doing much better with this leg than the last one.  Less than a week out and he's cruising around like crazy...and going stir crazy as well.

The house across the street from me caught fire about six weeks back.  Not sure what is happening down the street.  May investigate after eating.
