If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

It'd be like if you were late for work because an 18 wheeler crashed in front of your house.


Only know one cares about the accident, just that you were late, and it's your fault for living where you do.

that's what i deal with on a daily basis. only it's insinuated that it was my fault that truck crashed.
