Well, C and I made it back in one piece.  

Things she can now manage:  Taking off, stopping and starting, turning left and right under power.  It was a good learning experience for her.  

Next lesson:  Figure 8's and following the lanes in the parking lot ~

planted all the planters with flowers
scrubbed down the patio slate and patio furniture
weeded the flower beds
lawn is cut and edged
