Hey there...

[coffee] in hand but it hasn't warmed up the neurons yet.  Lots to do today...  Errands and such.

Told my boss on Saturday that I've accepted a better job offer which really tweaked my manager.  Funny though b/c the manager was pregnant dogin' to another employee earlier in the day that he felt he was going to have to let me go.  I stole his thunder.  ;D

Got to bang out a couple emails, start some laundry, get a haircut (to go with the real job  ;) ), and go grocery shopping.

Everyone.....have a day.  ;D

I have a definite offer to be the NM subcontracted maintenance guy for the FedEx sorting facilities in the state.

I also have a shot at another job which is actually a very growth oriented career move.  A little less pay initially, but potential to be very stable and profitable in the long term.  Nothing definite there yet, but it's a strong possibility.  Working indoors, climate controlled office, bene's, 401K the whole package...  ;D

I've been watering the garden for about a week.

Probably should have started a couple of weeks before that.

EveNing.  I drove through over 2 hours of hard rain to get home.  Seattle is sunny, warm, and windless!  We have the best weather of our trip at home!

It was a good trip, but we are glad to be home.  Traveling with others is hard work.
