It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

Lasagne is prepped, built, and ready to be cooked.

It's 11pm.  I'll cook it low and slooooow 'til about 6am.

That'll do it *just* right.   :)  8)

Every week is Italian week at my house...   :D

I make my own gravy, meatballs, but buy the spicy Italian sausage. 

I use also use provolone as well as the ricotta.

well allrighty then... two lasagna's in the oven  [thumbsup]

i hope yours turned out yummy too :)

this time, mine are homemade gravy, meatballs and half sweet half spicy store bought sausage
i use three cheeses... mozzarella, ricotta and fresh grated parmesan
sometimes, i make another variation with portabella and spinach
