The drive you're attempting to format..... its not the drive on which your operating sytem is installed is it?

um... are you attempting to format via "administrative tools" or by right clicking the drive in question and selecting "format"?

The coffee is ready, the fridge is full of beer for the time challenged, and the bacon will be on it a bit.

Take note during boot up of the the key command needed to access the BIOS on your PC (mine's F8, yours could be different).

When you get to the BIOS, access the screen that allows you to change the boot sequence. Set it to boot from CD before hard drive in the boot sequence.

Brian and I slept in this morning. Randimus is gone a lot so he's not here to sleep in. 
Just need to teach B to make bacon.
