I am strong. My trainer at the gym said so! He was really surprised at how much wight I could lift. I have muscle memory from years back.  Give me a few weeks, and I will lift even more. After 3 years of no exercise except some (very little) running and push-ups at home, I was able to kick ass on the assessment. I can hold plank for over a minute!

It's worth it though.

I can.  The guy I just hired, with half of Howard's experience, makes what Howard makes.  I'm not afraid to pay well.  He's actually got some other issues that would keep him from moving up this way.  One of these days though...
