Refurbished XBox 360?

i found a killer deal for an XBOX 360 pro (60gb hard drive) - but it's refurbished with a 60 day warante.

I'm hesitant to get it cause of the "red ring of death" issues...


what do y'all think?

r^3 =covered under extended warranty no matter what.

if i had to say, i dont think i know anyone who hasnt had it. Mine did, and it was the new HDMI model too. less than 8 months out of the factory.
Xbox will warranty that issue up to 5 years from date of purcahse IIRC.

Go for it. I had the RROD as well. It was replaced even though my initial warranty had expired.

My "New" Refurbished xbox has been going strong for about two years now and no issues.

well i ordered one

or at least i tried to order one...

and got charged for 4....

and of course their contact info is email only

and my bank can't do anything about 'pending charges'
