If anyone is looking, or knows anyone who is, my wife, daughter, & I are selling our home, with the hopes of moving to Marin (daughter is approaching school years and we don't wanna blow college fund on pre-/grade school), just listed this past Sunday...

www.2882Jackson.com

The lady we bought from in '99 had been there & raised a family since late 50’s/early 60’s, MAYBE updated late 60’s, when we bought, it was vacant & empty, a clean slate to start from, sunk about $125K into her - we gutted kitchen & bathroom down to the studs, updated wiring, put in recessed lighting, new windows, alot of other updates/enhancements, really made it our own place – the pics don’t do it justice – the view is unobstructed from USF to city hall & everything in between (can even see the tip of Transamerica bldg from our bedroom, lights of Candlestick, fireworks at PacBell, and the San Mateo bridge on a clear day!)

Feel free to pass along...

Wish us luck!

ah ... so that's your monster i see chained up out front when we go to visit our friends that live in the top unit of your building (or perhaps the one next to it).

Gabe, Bonofshe, & Kian?  They look out over our roof... Small world!  Kian is 1 month younger than our l'il peanut, I don't know how they do it, 2 more flights of stairs than us, and we have 72 steps to climb, but that view makes it all worthwhile!

Thanks for the compliments!

With the current state of market/economy, we are kind of already looking forward to moving back in...  a fresh coat of paint, and a much needed purge of accumulated crap!  waytogo
