Man, I dunno about those....centrifugal force v. heat v. proper air pressure values v. probably a gawd awful sound as you roll to a stop...anybody have a "BigWheel" as a kid and got sand inside the wheels?
..inside of your rim would be highly polished though, Joe are you listening?
Things that cause me to stop & think:
1: anything inside trying to force itself outside while your wheels are trying to turn/adhere to the road at speed seems to be a conflict....tire carcasses are designed with flex properties that (to me) would be changed if these things were installed pressing in the opposite direction.
2: First time MonkeyBoy Tire Changer Dude throws your wheel up on the $3500 tire machine, cracks 'er open and all those "environmentally favorable ceramic beads" get all down inside the shop owners huge carbon footprint investment as well as his shop floor, chances are you'll be run out of the shop Western Style - via shotgun....
3: And for good measure, whose to say those beads won't clog up you valve stem inside out?
seems like more a potential gimmic than anything else....i.e. Slime works great in golfcart tires, but suck in cars/bikes............but moose tubes in desert bikes are a great thing, so I could be (probably am) blowing flatulence (again).....
