Beyond doubt ..... Lt. Frank Bullitt in "Bullitt".  Didn't McQueen drive both the Mustang and the bike that was in the scene at one point or something to that effect?  Where the bike slides out, the action stopped and McQueen get into the car the the cameras roll again.  I don't know, that was a long time ago.

Bud Ekins did a lot of the Mustang driving I believe.

Honorable mention goes to Vanishing Point.

The mini van chase / Martial spat from Mr & Mrs Smith had it's moments. " these sliding doors are conveniet"  [laugh]
